1. Introduction

2. Enrollment & Payment
   • Enrollment is confirmed upon receiving the full or partial payment as per the course requirements.
   • Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods.
   • Refunds or cancellations are subject to the refund policy of the specific course.
3. Attendance & Certification
   • Participants are required to attend the minimum percentage of hours specified for each course to receive certification.
   • Certificates will be issued upon completion and successful assessment of the course requirements.

   • Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the course materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Behavior & Conduct
   • Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during courses.
   • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.
6. Course Changes & Cancellations
   • EET Center reserves the right to change course dates, content, instructors, or cancel courses if necessary.
   • In the event of a cancellation by the center, participants will be offered a full refund or a spot in an equivalent course.
7. Liability Disclaimer
   • EET Center will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the course or through the use of course materials.
   • Participants agree to use the knowledge gained responsibly and understand that the center is not liable for misuse.
8. Privacy & Data Protection

   • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.
9. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
